I started Second Bounce as someone who loses more than he wins and has made peace with it. Turns out the sport's best moments happen regardless of the scoreline — you just need decent people, a bit of banter, and somewhere to put the DUPR obsession that everyone pretends they don't have.

Why "Second Bounce"?

It's the rule that makes the game work — the moment after the serve when things get interesting. Same goes for the sport itself. First bounce gets you playing. Second bounce is everything after: the regulars, the rivalries, the culture that's built up around all of it.

What we actually do

We make apparel that celebrates the community side of the sport specifically — the in-jokes, the kitchen violations, the questionable line calls nobody's letting go of — because that culture deserves as much recognition as the game itself.
